We connected the institutional website of the Cusco Chapter of Mechanical Engineering with its congress website and Congresify, helping organize the event and bring participants together.

The institutional website brings together the identity, information and activities of the Cusco Chapter of Mechanical Engineering. We organized a clear, accessible meeting point where professionals can discover the chapter and stay connected to their community.

We gave content, news and events a clear structure, with navigation that adapts from phones to desktop screens. The congress website presents the program, speakers and practical information so visitors can understand the event and find out how to participate.

We implemented Congresify to extend the congress website: coordinating organizers, managing speakers and materials, bringing registrations together and generating tickets. Attendance records and emails connect preparation with the event itself, keeping information centralized for the team.

Congresify’s networking space brings participants together through contact cards. On phones and computers, the experience connects institutional information, congress participation and professional relationships that can continue beyond the gathering.
